I wanted to discuss the importance of vitamins. The best way for me to do this is to discuss each of the important vitamins separately. A quick review tells us the vitamins are organic compounds that are required in small amounts in various cellular reactions that are important for overall health maintenance and normal growth of the organism. The organism is your child. I hope you picked up on the important part, that vitamins are important for healthy growth and development. Where do we get vitamins? A vitamin supplement and a HEALTHY DIET! The first one we will discuss is Vitamin A.

Pediatric Pearls Show 019: DAN Philosophy for Autism

Defeat Autism Now (DAN) was developed in 1995. It consists of clinicians, researchers and parents who gather to form a consensus concerning the most scientifically audible biomedical diagnostic and treatment choices available to parents of children on the autistic spectrum. Each child is individually treated based upon his or her toxicology, immunology and biochemistry and these affects on a child who may have a possible genetic predisposition.
